The App used to book taxi's is ridiculous, very rarely put the correct location in and when you manually put it in, it overwrites it. Got charged £5 for cancelling a job their app incorrectly added an address, I cancelled within 2-3min after realising. In peek hours there's a 30% charge on top of the fair.The drivers can rarely talk English to you.The price on the meter is never the price you pay.Shocking company and in times of a taxi shortage. I would rather walk if possible.
