I'd like to to give a shout out for young James, on the information desk at the terminal. I arrived harassed to hell at being unable to complete my Spanish passenger locator form and he was so friendly, polite and helpful, and helped complete it for me. His young female colleague was also very charming and friendly. Such a relief! However not at all impressed with 07B ground staff when we finally got the call to board for the Easyjet flight for Alicante. Three off them were chatting at the gate and didn't notice me, so I just walked past them, thinking, because of the delay, we should walk through to the plane. When called back to have my details checked, one made an audibly snide comment, about me having been in the bar, much to the hilarity of her colleagues. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. It added staff rudeness to an already delayed flight.
