The mirrored barn door I ordered from OptiDoors, Otto & Sohn arrived with a shattered mirror. It looks like it was damaged en route with forklift, even though, it was very well packed and labeled FRAGILE and CRYSTAL. I contacted OptiDoors and I received a swift email response in a matter of hours. In addition, Omar contacted me by phone and was extremely courteous and professional. They are sending me a replacement door. The customer service was amazing and quick to resolve the problem. I will update this review upon receiving replacement door.
