Customer services was the best. Mabell ensured my order was complete and delivered as timely as could be expected for a custom order. My first door arrived shattered and Otto & Sohn worked with the delivery company to ship a new door within in a few weeks. From my original order to delivery of the second door was about 9 weeks. One note, I ordered the door with the handle hardware but it didn't allow me to slide the door all the way open or closed so I bought two flat shower door grips from Amazon and they worked perfectly...thank goodness.
