First, our closet doors showed up without any notice from the delivery company (good thing I happened to be home) and they were completely damaged. The package was refused before it even came out of the truck. Chalk that up to poor packaging combined with poor handling by the delivery company. Months later, the replacements showed up (with a whole 30 minute warning this time). The doors still had a little damage but in an area I felt I could hide it. Plus, I didn't want to wait anymore. Ok, great! I can finally install this and move on with my life, right? NOPE!! The panels were too tall to fit in the space as advertised. They tried to explain things to me like I was some elementary school dropout. I sent them picture evidence of my claim. This is a trapped height opening. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to subtract the hardware dimensions and come to a remainder for a proper panel dimension. They obviously did not do this correctly. Talk about elementary school dropouts. After many emails with the company (no one ever wanted to pick up a phone and call me), they told me "the panels are shortenable". So they advertise the panels will fit within a certain height and then turn around and tell you to cut them down to fit. WHAAAATTT??!! Now I'm sure the company is going to respond to this with all their policy nonsense and every other tactic to make this my fault. But the reality is simple, this is not a company you should get involved with. They are completely unethical and really don't care. They know there are enough people out there who will not read these reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews and fell victim. My advice...Buy somewhere else! If you do, and have issues, don't say I didn't warn you.
