The platform is very user-friendly, and I appreciate its straightforward design. It's incredibly useful to see when clients have viewed or responded to items through the activity tab. The icons next to requests indicating ongoing and completed tasks are helpful, and the ability to filter submitted requests allows me to quickly view which ones are still active or have been addressed, while hiding completed ones. One improvement I would suggest is having the option to see exactly what the client has viewed or replied to. Overall, everything is excellent, and I will keep using this service.
