It's extremely beneficial to see when clients have accessed or responded to items through the activity section. I like the icons next to requests that indicate what is in progress and what has been completed—it’s also fantastic that you can filter submitted requests, making it easy for me to quickly view which ones are still active or have received replies, while excluding those that are finished. One improvement I would suggest is the ability to see exactly what the client has viewed or responded to. Otherwise, everything is excellent, and I will keep using this service.
