I loved how easy the website was to use. I loved the frames when they were delivered, but the progressive lens was not in the correct spot and the lenses looked cloudy, not clear at all. I contacted customer service to return them and was told I would receive the instructions in an email with the return label. A week went by, and no email came. I got back on the website and chatted with someone, and they gave me the label in the chat. I printed the label and sent them back. Somehow, the package was never scanned by the mail carrier. The address where the glasses should have gone was GA, but somehow they went to Salt Lake City UT, So it took from Feb 24th to March 6th for the glasses to be returned. Glasses.com received the glasses on March 6th, and I still have not heard anything from them. So I got on the website and chatted again today and was told the same thing I was told when I asked to return them. This company does not care about customer service. Been the worst experience I have ever had with glasses. I should have stuck with ordering from an in-person place because online is a JOKE>
