I purchased a new pair of frames and paid for deglazing. Unfortunately, when the glasses were returned, the frames were distorted and no longer fit properly. The customer service team was very helpful in assisting with the return, but even after adjustments, they remained too large. This serves as a warning, as I was not aware of the distortion issue.
