This is the second deglaze pair of glasses I have purchased. This time I went for varifocals polarised sunglasses, my very first time having polarised. The website allows ease of purchasing and I only waited around 7 working days for my glasses. Thanks to the generous discount code at the time I was able to purchase a gold package with premium lenses. Would highly recommend.
Really dreadful service. The reglazed glasses were returned with both frames broken to accommodate the lenses. The lenses are actually too big for the frames and rather then remake the lenses they force fitted them to the glasses. I have a second pair of the same frames and can verify they do not fit.
Thanks for your reply and happy to upload photos as well. The left lense is not flush to the frame and both sides of the frame are fractured. I dot believe you have provided the service I have paid for.

I purchased a new pair of frames and paid for deglazing. Unfortunately, when the glasses were returned, the frames were distorted and no longer fit properly. The customer service team was very helpful in assisting with the return, but even after adjustments, they remained too large. This serves as a warning, as I was not aware of the distortion issue.
