They offer a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately nothing under the warranty is covered. I bought rimless glasses and one side got loose within 3 months. Tried to submit a warranty. They said they don't cover anything caused by normal use and regular wear and tear. Which pretty much sums up any and everything you'd submit a warranty for. And the claim was reviewed and denied by AI. So, I tried to see if I can buy new frames for them and have them put on. They don't do that either.So basically if your rims are faulty in the first place and start falling apart after 3 months the AI will chalk it up to "regular use and wear and tear" which I'm sure it does for all submitted claims it will deny them and you can't pay to get the frames replaced. So, you're basically screwed. Don't buy from here.
