I love Glasses USA, is very easy to order and they have a huge variety to choose from with excellent prices , but the best part is the customer service. They are excellent and made all the transaction easy to do. I mistakenly order my glasses but it was easy to return them and get my new ones just the way I want it. This is my second time order from them and they Will have me for ever.

I ordered a pair that were more rounded. Came in and the edges are blurry. I called trying to talk to a human but never succeeded. Went to the website to chat. Was told that I should try a less round pair and gave me a larger credit than I originally paid. Ordered a different pair, came in the same way. I can see perfectly straight but glance to the right or left and it's blurry. I give up.
Ease of use and variety of styles. The unfortunate part is that I found BOGO email after I made the purchase and it says I cannot use it after I made my purchase. It would have been nice to have known this prior to checking out.

Horrible website. My glasses were so off I couldn't see out of them. Asked for a refund its been WEEKS and I keep getting the same email, it will take several business days to receive my refund. What does several mean? You sure didn't take that long charging me.
I was sent a welcome discount code that didn't work because the reason was buried in the fine print. That should be seen up front! I changed my frame selection and then the discount worked.It went smoothly after that. Im now hoping that I'll receive a quality product.🤞
Can I do ZERO STARS? I placed an order for contacts on 12/31/2025. They were not able to verify my prescription. I provided phone and fax numbers, sent my prescription to them multiple ways. I finally pulled the plug and canceled my order on 2/2/2026. I verified that they got the cancellation on 2/6/2026. I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days from 2/2/26. As of 2/22/2026 no refund…. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
