I haven't received my glasses yet, so I can't rate quality. However all of my 3 customer service experiences have been awful. I don't believe their live agents claiming to be people actually are. If they are people they've been trained to act like chatbots. I payed for express shipping. I received a text saying it had shipped on a Saturday. 3-5 business days would be the following Friday but I've been told repeatedly that it won't be delivered until the following week. UPS hasn't even received the order and it's been 4 business days since the text. I keep being told production time didn't count. I reassured them I knew that and the text said shipped. They said, sorry we can't help you, but we'll make sure you receive your glasses. I was hoping after the less than stellar sales experience that things would get better. I hope the glasses work well enough to make this experience worth it. Not holding my breath.
