The prescription upload was an endless non-working link that kept saying it had received my new prescription, though there was no place to attach it. I'm suggesting you delete the prescriptions on your account before starting a new order, otherwise, their system will move forward with your old prescription. The chat is absolutely useless. The CS phone # send you links, no representatives. You cannot even tell if you have successfully canceled, as I did - or tried - to when no one would help me upload my new prescription. After all that, I received glasses in the mail made with my old prescription. The only way a human finally came to the phone was when I selected return glasses. Frustrating experience and definitely not recommended.
