I placed an order on 04/12/25 and was told it shipped on 05/12/25. By 20/12/25, nothing had arrived, so I started reaching out to the support team, but I was repeatedly dismissed until 30/12/25. I requested a refund through the payment service, which was processed quickly for one item, but I have to wait for the other item to be disputed since it was an add-on.
