I placed an order on 04/12/25 and was informed it shipped on 05/12/25, but nothing arrived by 20/12/25. I began emailing the support team but was dismissed multiple times until 30/12/25. I requested a refund through the payment service, which was processed quickly for one item, but I still need to wait for the other item to be disputed since it was an add-on.

I wish I had checked reviews before buying. I ordered a watch for my daughter, which required a SIM card that we purchased and inserted. It still doesn’t work, and when I emailed for help, I was told to insert the SIM card again. I explained we had done that already but received no further response. Stay away from this seller!
I ordered a sonar device for my daughter in October for Christmas. However, when we opened it, the instructions stated it shouldn't be used around dogs, which was not mentioned in the advertisement! They refuse to refund me because it’s past 30 days. This firm is shameful. I wish I had read the other reviews beforehand. They seem uninterested in customer satisfaction and only care about money.
Stay away at all costs - the lights I received were cheap plastic, not glass as described. The wiring was dangerous, and when I requested a refund, I shipped it back with a tracking number to China, but they never received it. They are refusing to refund me or respond to my emails. This was the worst decision I've ever made; this company is criminal.
I ordered a gift for my granddaughter on 9th December 2025. The gift hasn’t arrived, and the courier doesn’t have the parcel. Customer service insists the parcel is on its way and that I can return it for a refund. How can I do that if I never receive the item? I'm going in circles with customer service and have contacted my bank for a chargeback. I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase.
I ordered a £65 telescopic hiking stick on 5th November 2025 for an event on 30th Nov. The seller seemed legitimate, but after 2 weeks with no delivery, I followed up, only to find they hadn't sent it until the 14th! They provided a tracking link that didn't work. Now it's 9th December, 34 days after my order, and still no sign of it. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this seller. I've opened a dispute with the payment service for a refund, and they told me I'd have to pay for returns if the item ever arrives.
They sent an item that was nothing like what I ordered. It was clearly shipped from within the country, as the courier picked it up the day after I placed my order. When I requested a return and full refund, I was told I had to ship it back to China at my own expense! They even offered me 20% of the price back and to keep the useless item. I’m more upset with myself for not checking the company beforehand.
I ordered a watch with a 3-day processing and 10-12 day delivery time. After 2 weeks, it hadn't been processed or sent to the courier. After many emails requesting to cancel, I was finally promised a refund, which came a few days later. I doubt this seller ever had the item in stock and possibly made some interest by holding onto my money.
