Every company seems great until something goes wrong—then you really find out what their customer service is like. I had an issue with my order, and this team handled it with speed, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude, whether it was my mistake or theirs. I truly appreciate how they turned the situation around each time. This company has earned my respect.
I worked with glassnow for a couple of years for my candle business. They were always very responsive and very helpful anytime I reached out to them for assistance. I truly wanted to continue using them because I love the shape and size of the calypso jar. It’s exactly what I want in a candle jar. My only issue was that about half of the jars in every single shipment did not pass our quality/safety measures. Almost every jar would have several air bubbles or teeny tiny chips/cracks missing from the body of the jar. Candle jars need to be as strong/sturdy as possible to be able to handle the heat from the flame and to be a safe product. And unfortunately, i did not feel comfortable proceeding with these jars due to the number of air bubbles/cracks I was finding in them :( glassnow was very helpful in exchanging any jars that came obviously cracked/broken. They were very helpful!! But I often was only able to use about half of the jars that i would order because of the number of other defects i was finding during our quality assurance inspections. This seems to be a manufacturing issue, possibly just with how the jars are made. I think we would be a better fit if my product didn’t involve heat/fire. Because I truly did like the company and their jar selection. I will consider using them for other projects that do not include flame.
I’ve been using glass now candle containers for a couple years now. I love this glass for candles, it’s strong and reusable, the prices is great for beginners. Any time I have an issue the employees of Glass Now are attentive and quick with their response. I love that they have recycled glass options. All and all if you’re a candle maker this is the place to use.
Matthew Law and Marcus Godwin gave amazing customer service recently! There was a cosmetic design recently with the recycled glass container that they shared with me. Before sending an order my companies way-they sent out a sample of said container-along with options for me to see if I wanted to order something different. They are both great assets to your business!!
