Their customer service is excellent! Brandy worked with me and answered all of my questions. She was so kind in helping me navigate their site and customize my order to fit my needs. Both of my calls felt as if I was talking to a good friend who just so happened to own her own company. I am a start up company so my order was not a large order but she treated me with the dignity and respect of a corporation. I felt like they appreciated my business. My products arrived packaged with care in a timely manner. Their products are thick solid glass. Not the flimsy thin glass that you may find in stores.
