I bought a set of pads and a helmet for my five-year-old daughter to try roller skating. Unfortunately, I received a bundle meant for ages 8 to 15. While I accept I may have made an error, I wouldn't knowingly choose something too large. Once we realized the mistake, we started the return process for a refund. After a few days, I received an email asking for a photo of the helmet, which I sent. A couple of days later, they requested photos of the pads, which I also provided. Then I got another email asking for pictures of the original packaging. I suggested it would have been more efficient to ask for all this in one email. To add to my frustration, a 15% restocking fee is being applied, which feels excessive. It's hard to understand how returning these items justifies this charge, especially since I'm also covering return shipping! Overall, this has been a disappointing and unnecessarily lengthy experience. Had I read reviews beforehand, I would have chosen a company that values customer service.
