My daughter received the 20 inch bike for Christmas along with the baby doll seat attachment, and she absolutely loves it! We did need to pump up the tires a bit, but aside from that, the bike has been fantastic! It fits her perfectly. It was hard to find a 20 inch bike in stores for girls, so we decided to order online, and the process was seamless with updates from confirmation to delivery. I would definitely order from this company again.

I bought a set of pads and a helmet for my five-year-old daughter to try roller skating. Unfortunately, I received a bundle meant for ages 8 to 15. While I accept I may have made an error, I wouldn't knowingly choose something too large. Once we realized the mistake, we started the return process for a refund. After a few days, I received an email asking for a photo of the helmet, which I sent. A couple of days later, they requested photos of the pads, which I also provided. Then I got another email asking for pictures of the original packaging. I suggested it would have been more efficient to ask for all this in one email. To add to my frustration, a 15% restocking fee is being applied, which feels excessive. It's hard to understand how returning these items justifies this charge, especially since I'm also covering return shipping! Overall, this has been a disappointing and unnecessarily lengthy experience. Had I read reviews beforehand, I would have chosen a company that values customer service.
As others have stated, AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you want a bike, buy it from another retailer with better delivery options and often at a lower price. Customer service is slow and outdated. The 15% restocking fee for returning an unopened item is ridiculous. Save your time and money; look elsewhere.
I ordered three bikes and helmets for my grandkids. The bikes seem well-built and not cheap. The team at the company was fantastic with the two issues I encountered. A wicker basket was damaged during shipping, and they sent me a new one at no charge. Also, one of the helmets was missing from my order. They quickly sent a replacement helmet free of charge. Everything was delivered before Christmas! I would highly recommend buying from this company to anyone! Thank you!
We searched for a bike for our son for Christmas and found one from this company. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, but after being told it would be available soon, we placed our order. Initially, we were given a delivery window of December 2nd to 5th, but the status never changed. When I inquired, I was told the courier hadn't received the bike. Eventually, I learned it hadn't been sent out and was still in the warehouse. When we finally received the bike, it was left carelessly under a bench while no one was home, and upon inspection, it was damaged due to poor protection during shipping. After contacting them, they offered a £20 refund and a touch-up pen, which was insufficient for repairs. After back-and-forth communication, I requested a substantial refund or a replacement bike. They increased the refund to £30, still not enough. I asked them to arrange a courier for both collection and delivery of a replacement, but they declined. This has been a frustrating process, and I've requested a full refund, which now may cost us more to buy locally. I recommend staying away from this company.
