I ordered three bikes and helmets for my grandkids. The bikes seem well-built and not cheap. The team at the company was fantastic with the two issues I encountered. A wicker basket was damaged during shipping, and they sent me a new one at no charge. Also, one of the helmets was missing from my order. They quickly sent a replacement helmet free of charge.
