Frustrating experience with my order

We searched for a bike for our son for Christmas and found one from this company. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, but after being told it would be available soon, we placed our order. Initially, we were given a delivery window of December 2nd to 5th, but the status never changed. When I inquired, I was told the courier hadn't received the bike. Eventually, I learned it hadn't been sent out and was still in the warehouse. When we finally received the bike, it was left carelessly under a bench while no one was home, and upon inspection, it was damaged due to poor protection during shipping. After contacting them, they offered a £20 refund and a touch-up pen, which was insufficient for repairs. After back-and-forth communication, I requested a substantial refund or a replacement bike. They increased the refund to £30, still not enough. I asked them to arrange a courier for both collection and delivery of a replacement, but they declined. This has been a frustrating process, and I've requested a full refund, which now may cost us more to buy locally. I recommend staying away from this company.
