I was impressed by the team picking up my call late in the evening, and being able to work out the issue with my wifi so efficiently (even when I was struggling to locate certain information). They then sent round an engineer quickly. Naz was great and sorted all issues quickly, he made sure I had all the information I needed, and was very polite. Very happy with the whole service.
