My experience with Glide Footwear has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The company’s own website clearly states that customers will receive a prepaid return label and a full refund once the item is returned. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told the opposite—that I would NOT be provided a prepaid return label and would be responsible for all return shipping costs. This directly contradicts the information they advertise.When I attempted to clarify this inconsistency, the responses I received were vague, frustrating, and did not address the issue. Instead of honoring the stated return policy, the company offered me a 40% refund to keep the items or “free items” equal to my purchase amount—neither of which aligned with what I was originally promised. Their communication made the process feel intentionally difficult, as though they were discouraging customers from returning products.It should not take multiple emails and conflicting explanations to get straightforward information about a return. The lack of transparency, misleading policy language, and overall customer service approach left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.I am sharing this experience so others are aware of the challenges they may face when dealing with Glide Footwear. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
