I purchased a Hair Dye Concealer Stick (3 sticks, with 2 free) from Glo7. One try ... and it was not for me. My hair what so goopy, and weird. Awful. The site was very clear about a return within 30 days.The original orders were from the USA. But I asked Glo7 whether their address was the same as the return USA address, I was told the return address was in CHINA. After an hour in the USPS, I was told it would be $70 - with track. My payment was for $80. It makes no sense to return them to CHINA. This is what really happened with the customers, and how they pay with their time (USPS) and money. 30-day return to China is absolutely no return, that's for sure.What to do now? Let's my credit card (American Express Platinum) tried to deal with it.
