I purchased a Hair Dye Concealer Stick (3 sticks, with 2 free) from Glo7. One try ... and it was not for me. My hair what so goopy, and weird. Awful.
The site was very clear about a return within 30 days.
The original orders were from the USA. But I asked Glo7 whether their address was the same as the return USA address, I was told the return address was in CHINA.
After an hour in the USPS, I was told it would be $70 - with track. My payment was for $80. It makes no sense to return them to CHINA. This is what really happened with the customers, and how they pay with their time (USPS) and money. 30-day return to China is absolutely no return, that's for sure.
What to do now? Let's my credit card (American Express Platinum) tried to deal with it.

Totally terrible experience — if I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two facial devices from Glo7, but what I received were two completely different models. The red one came used, damaged, and without its proper seal, while the white one felt extremely cheap and low-quality — definitely not safe to use on skin.At first, the company promised to refund both items, but later changed their story and only refunded one. Their customer service was careless and unprofessional, showing no real accountability. Overall, this brand cannot be trusted — poor quality, poor service, and misleading communication.
Product took 45 days to arrive and was not what I ordered. It is very deceptive. The company is in China. What they sent was 2/3 full and three bottles are $9 on Amazon. I paid $29. I have no idea which is the real product. Customer service is condescending and you really have no recourse.
If l could give them half a star l would.My product never arrived and when l started asking where it was they didn’t like it. It’s been over a month now and l have been told that they will block my requests for product to be delivered. Australia 🇦🇺 be-wear of these US companies now, it’s like trying to kiss a star impossible. Not to mention their etiquette to the customer id non existent. I have spent over seventy dollars Australian for a product that costs 30 US.
Very poor client service. They were mean to deliver to Singapore. Not received at all. They gave a reference number that they say is the tracking for SingPost but SingPost say it’s not a valid number. Now Glo says they have nothing else and will not be responding for the tin the matter. So I’ve spent hundreds o dollars and a person called Ryan in Glo8 says he’s not going to respond and washes his hands of the matter! Complete dereliction of responsibility and very disappointing such a poor attitude and approach to client service and resolving problems
