Ordered Birkenstocks on 27 November in (NZ), shipped from UK with no mention this would happen or there could be delays. Said delivery time was 8-10 days, still not here on 30 December, tracing says the parcel reached nz on 7 December but has since not moved and no updates provided. They blame the courier but it smells like a giant scam. Look on Facebook JD Sports NZ, the reviews are scathing. Wish I had read them first, do not buy from them, worst service ever mainly because they continue to lie like all scam artists.
