It was quite unsatisfactory. We attempted to order running shoes for my husband with next day delivery, but they never arrived and the order wasn't processed. We tried to reorder for next day delivery, but that also didn't go through. The seller charged us $32 twice for this service without delivering. It's been a very disappointing experience, and I won't recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at a store recently. From the moment I walked in with my daughter, we were warmly greeted, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff managed the busy store efficiently. One associate was particularly helpful, guiding us through our choices and showing great patience. His knowledge and positive attitude made our shopping experience enjoyable. I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding service.
This is probably the most questionable retail shoe store! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered shoes for my toddler, and after a week with no updates, I called only to find out they were on back order without any prior notice. I was told that the size I ordered was out of stock, despite it being listed online. When I questioned this, the only response was that they could refund me after my long wait. Very disappointing.
Look elsewhere. I ordered for pickup and when I arrived, the team responsible for preparing orders had left early, leaving me without my sneakers. I needed them that day, which is why I opted for pickup. The website stated they would be ready in 30 minutes, but when I arrived an hour later, I was told I had to come back the next day. This will be my last purchase.
This company is not legitimate! I ordered sneakers and was charged immediately. Later, I received an email stating my order was canceled, with no mention of a refund. When I called, I was told they had the sneakers in stock and that my refund had been processed. I foolishly placed a new order and was charged again. After researching, I discovered they are a scam. I called to cancel the new order, but both purchases are still pending on my card. I will be reporting this.
