The company has ZERO customer service. No response to calls, voice-mails or emails. They sent the hat with a store security buzzer still on it. I have been reaching out for 3 weeks and NOBODY has acknowledged my complaint. It's worth paying a couple of bucks more somewhere else, with GUARANTEED customer service. Also ordered a pair of pants on Dec 6th, despite the website saying it will be shipped out within 5 to 7 days. it JUST shipped out yesterday.....
