Rokid never was mentioned in the pre-sale that these are not compatible with Pixel phones, so I spent $500+ on a paperweight. Worst purchase ever, and Rokid's customer support never acknowledged my request for a refund. They just kept sending me to instruction manuals I followed exactly and it still didn't connect.To make things worse, this isn't even wireless like they present on websites. It has to be wired to your phone. False advertising for sure. But the worse part is that I have submitted several 1 star reviews on their website and they will not post them. I won't be surprised if this review doesn't post either, as they actively want to hide these shortcomings from potential buyers. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT purchase these!
