I have nothing further to add because I haven't received any replies. Additionally, I checked the comments on the platform, and they haven't addressed anyone since the glasses were dispatched.
The accessories that were supposed to accompany the glasses have not been updated regarding their shipping status. This situation is frustrating. I've lost my charger for the glasses, which means I can't use them at all. I bought another cable, but I'm unable to reach out to them for shipping updates! My experience here has made me hesitant to support other projects.
