I would NEVER use this parking service at the Sheraton Suites Alexandria DCA Parking offered through Global Airport Parking. While the instructions stated that there was only ONE shuttle on the hour going to the airport, it was not clear that the return shuttle only operated on the top of every hour too. Here are the instructions: "Upon your return to DCA, please call us to request your return shuttle." However, when I called to request the shuttle, I was told that the shuttle had just left the airport, and I would have to wait for the next shuttle, which would be leaving the hotel in about 50 minutes. That delay pushed me over the time I was supposed to pick up my car, and that would cost me an extra $8.00, adding insult upon injury. In the instructions, there was NO mention of the $8.00 PER HOUR for cars not picked up by the check out time listed on your reservation. Even though I would have gotten my car out of the garage before my check out time if there had been more than one shuttle each hour, that didn't matter. I ended up taking an uber to the hotel, both to save time and the extra charge. This is a TERRIBLE parking service for airport travel. One shuttle per hour to pick up and drop off people is not sufficient. I would not recommend this service.
