Good company

Dealing with this company was very easy, all done online. However, I was not able to use my reservation and requested a refund for the parking fee. I received a prompt reply with the promise of a refund within 7-10 days. Would definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends

The parking garage layout is very confusing, especially for travelers who don’t have time to waste. Clear signage is needed to direct vehicles to the designated areas for long-term airport parking. Additionally, the floor numbering runs in reverse—P1 is at the top while P2 leads to the basement—which makes navigation even more difficult. Improved wayfinding and clearer instructions would greatly enhance the overall parking experience.
