They notified me about an issue of my refund and once I reached out to the customer support they made sure I am a point of contact between two departments in their own company. They were unable to explain or give me any update on the refund although they have everything in order the whole paperwork and all... But for some reason they are running in circles for 6 months and are unable to determine their head from the tail. It's like that story from Kafka...
