We had a wonderful time travelling, and it got even better when we found out about Global Blue. I wish more people knew about it. The service is very simple, and I am very satisfied with how quickly you can change your taxes to your home country. I will use Global Blue for all my future trips. Thank you!
Hassle free and very easy at airport. Just the 4 hours window is too short to process at the kiosk. Had to wait 1 hour to get it done. Finally had the bag checked in and hand carry the items. Still 5 mins early. The counter was able to process eventually.
did not accept amex contactless so i went to the lounge which was a waste of time in the city. At the airport when offered cash they did not have the same currency as the coutnry i was staying. I recieved less than my receipts. Opening and closing airport times are a disgrace.
Global blue sucks!!! Do not buy any luxury bags that uses global blue. I spent 6000. Dollars on a luxury bags and i was told the getting back over a thousand dollars i got back 2.23 RIP OFF!!!

They notified me about an issue of my refund and once I reached out to the customer support they made sure I am a point of contact between two departments in their own company. They were unable to explain or give me any update on the refund although they have everything in order the whole paperwork and all... But for some reason they are running in circles for 6 months and are unable to determine their head from the tail. It's like that story from Kafka...
The personnel at the airport were quite arrogant and provided poor service. All three counters were engaged in conversation, ignoring the customers waiting in front of them. When I inquired about the charges and the options for claiming a refund—whether by cash or card—I was abruptly told there would be no more questions, and they continued their conversation. Additionally, every receipt had a €2 charge.
I bought a watch from a retailer in a city in October 2025 and still have not received my refund. A similar situation happened with another purchase made in a different location in 2025, and I'm still waiting. I try to remain patient, but my hope is fading.
