The support provided by GX account manager was fantastic however, I feel that the local company in Brazil is not up to speed.As an example, my pre-employment medical examination was supposed to be booked and it wasn't. Not only that, they didn't have any information whatsoever about my process so, I had to pay for the consultation and they even made a refund in a wrong amount.I was just so frustrated that I gave up complaining and hoped for the best for my start date.Perhaps you could use this experience to improve the local process for the new colleagues starting in Brazil soon.
