Very personal onboarding process, swift responses from staff who were happy to help whenever an issue came up. The only down side is that their website shows information that might not be applicable to different countries where staff may be based, which is sometimes confusing.
The support provided by GX account manager was fantastic however, I feel that the local company in Brazil is not up to speed.As an example, my pre-employment medical examination was supposed to be booked and it wasn't. Not only that, they didn't have any information whatsoever about my process so, I had to pay for the consultation and they even made a refund in a wrong amount.I was just so frustrated that I gave up complaining and hoped for the best for my start date.Perhaps you could use this experience to improve the local process for the new colleagues starting in Brazil soon.
