Bad companyI ordered several items back in January, one item arrived broken. Contacted Global Industrial and received an email stating it would be replaced at no charge (which it should have). Fast forward to today (7 months) and many emails of ship dates that never came.an email saying to call that they a substitute. So, I do and was was told I would have to pay pay for the replacement since the replacement cost more. So I asked for a refund of the broken one. To be told probably not. Be careful of this company this is not the first encounter I've had with Global Industrial with extended delays in shipping even when there web sitse says there is plenty in stock. Their products are over priced for subpar products. Do your research there are better companies out there selling better products at the same prices.
