I began the process of acquiring my citizenship and initially found the service to be responsive and organized. However, after 8 months, it seems they have ceased operations and taken my money. I receive no replies to my messages, emails are bouncing back, and it appears I may have been scammed from the start. My contacts were unhelpful and are now unreachable.
