My family and I put down around $15,000 to pursue Italian citizenship in 2024. We were assured we could just 'sit back and wait,' but after over a year of collecting essential documents, our account advisor suddenly left the company without any notice. Now, we feel completely ignored. Emails to the founder and others are bouncing back, and we have lost our money with no way to recover it. We are still waiting for any communication from the service. If they are still operational, I strongly advise staying away.

I receive no replies to my messages, emails are bouncing back, and it appears I may have been scammed from the start. My contacts were unhelpful and are now unreachable.

Since the 60-day period to dispute the credit card charge passed, I've received no communication. I began this journey in July 2025 and made a substantial payment in August 2025, but my emails and calls have gone unanswered. They promised a '100% money back guarantee if we are unable to secure your dual citizenship,' yet all they did was conduct the same online searches I had already done. When I submitted the necessary documents for the Italian courts, they took no action. If this isn't a scam, I urge the service to respond to my inquiries or my emails to their representatives.
