If I could rate lower, I would. I never chose for my package to go through this service, but an independent packaging provider used it without my consent to send my package to the postal service. It was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days via International Priority Express. Now, after more than two weeks, it seems to be lost in New Jersey, while it was meant for New Zealand. I doubt it will reach my family in time for Christmas, and I'm losing hope of ever seeing it again. Avoid this service at all costs!
