I strongly advise against using this postal service. Every parcel sent from the UK to the US went missing. There was no tracking, no updates, and no accountability. Once you hand over your item, it seems to vanish without a trace. There is no visibility, no responsibility, and no customer support. In today's world, international delivery without tracking is simply unacceptable. When issues arise, there’s no way to locate parcels, no effective assistance, and no solutions. You only receive generic replies and complete apathy while your belongings — and money — disappear. This service is unreliable, outdated, and not suitable for international shipping. If your delivery is important, avoid this postal service. It's worth spending a bit more on a courier that actually ensures parcels are delivered instead of making excuses. AVOID.

Completely Unreliable Postal Service

Steer clear of this postal service at any expense. Every parcel sent from the UK to the US has gone missing. There’s no tracking, no updates, and no accountability. Extremely Dissatisfied

If I could rate lower, I would. I never chose for my package to go through this service, but an independent packaging provider used it without my consent to send my package to the postal service. It was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days via International Priority Express. Now, after more than two weeks, it seems to be lost in New Jersey, while it was meant for New Zealand. I doubt it will reach my family in time for Christmas, and I'm losing hope of ever seeing it again. Avoid this service at all costs!

Terrible Customer Service

The customer service is awful, and the speed is incredibly slow. It took over a month for a package to travel from one city to another. Why do businesses like this continue to operate when traditional postal services perform so much better?

Negative Experience with Refund Issues

I would rate it lower if possible. I was told to pay for insurance on a package and would be refunded upon delivery by 5 PM that day. Later, I was informed that I needed to pay additional fees for customs, which were exorbitant. I refused to pay and requested my initial refund, but now I’ve received no response to my emails. Avoid this service; they will take your money without delivering.

Highly Disappointed with Shipping

This company is the worst for shipping. Since partnering with another postal service, I’ve reduced my use of them for international packages. Shipments often bounce between locations multiple times before they even leave the country. They cannot access electronic customs data and must follow up via email, resulting in significantly longer shipping times. Their partnership is harming the overall service.

One Month and Still No Package

My parcel was picked up on November 19th, sorted, and sent out, but it only showed in transit on the 27th. I received no updates until December 7th, stating it was still in transit. I've sent multiple emails, but only received generic replies that didn't address my concerns. I was told the parcel wouldn't arrive by December 19th, and I should report it lost. Is that all I can do?
