Worse shipping company ever. They have lost 2 packages in a row. You call customer service and they straight up lie about the status and give fake tracking numbers. I’ve called their CS 3 times and was told my package is in 3 different countries. They take no accountability in their errors and no follow up as promised from their escalation department. I would not recommend their company at all.
