I have a screenshot of a transfer that never arrived in my bank account. It was returned to them on January 8, 2026. As I write this on January 22, 2026, I've reached out to them for 9 consecutive days about when the funds will be returned for me to access. I requested that they credit my account with that money since their process is excessively slow and lacking transparency. They keep blaming their provider instead of taking responsibility. It feels like they are intentionally wasting my time with empty promises of 'checking on it.' I've been told five times over the last five days that I would receive a response in 24 hours, yet nothing has come through. It seems like incompetence has become the standard, with businesses wasting time due to unmotivated staff.
