This business seems really shady, we had originally signed up to have them manage our time share for rentals. We felt pressured and we're asked to pay $2395 on a credit card because it was protected. Once we changed our minds and I spoke to someone from customer service about cancelation and a refund. I was put through to the original customer rep Richard Zachary. He proceeded to pressure me more after I said I was uncomfortable. I was told by him has had no complaints against his license, I couldn't do it without him etc. He finally "transferred" me to the cancelation department where I was pressured some more... long story short they canceled our "membership" begrudgingly.
