The only good thing I can say about this company is that they responded to my support email very quickly. But everything else is terrible. They are running a business masquerading as Global Tel Link the company that runs the phones in many jails around the country. This company preys on people in a sensitive situation hoping they will mistake their company for the legitimate one. Well unfortunately I did just that. They charged me $45.99 for I don't even know what, without even telling me they were charging me for anything, I double checked, no where on the page does it say that you are paying for anything, It doesn't give you a receipt after you click the button, nothing. They just have you put in your credit card number, which i didn't think anything about since I was trying to make it easier for the next time my friend called me from jail, i though i was just putting it on the record so that I could pay for the phone call when he called next. The only way I knew I had paid anything was a notification from my bank. Then I contacted their support when I realized my error, asking for a refund. I have emailed. The phone number says the agents are busy and to leave a voice-mail. The email confirmation is where you will realize you've been dooped. DONT MISTAKE THESE PEOPLE FOR THE ACTUAL SITE. I MISTOOK THEM FOR THE ACTUAL COMPANY THAT CONTROLS THE PHONES.
