This company completely ripped e off and I am still trying to recover mu money. Please contact te facility you are dealing with ro get the correct information to set up communication with the inmate
I am very frustrated with the service I received. My boyfriend was unable to get a phone number to contact me, and now I'm heading into the third month of this issue. All I could do was send him postcards, but then my account was halted. I paid $39 or $49 twice and never received a refund, having only sent about six or eight cards before everything stopped. We essentially wasted $100 on a service that provided no assistance. I would like to send a few more postcards before he is released, and I would appreciate any help with this.

The website is named to be misleading. There is nothing that directly indicates you are "purchasing a service" on the landing page. There is no visible place to "Cancel" despite their own web site search indicating that there is. When called, they refuse a full refund stating "terms of service" allow for a 19.99 charge to refund your money even if you've never used it or how quickly you cancelled.
GlobalTel is a SCAM company operating and advertising under the similar company name of GlobalTel Link. When you sign up they automatically charge your credit card $49.99. I thought I was set to receive collect calls from the local jail. When I was unable to be connected because I HAD SENT PAYMENT TO THIS SCAM COMPANY OPERATING UNDER A NAME SO SIMILAR, I realized they got me. I called to request a refund for these reasons and was told that there was a $19.99 cancellation fee because I had set up an “account” with them. The representative was rude and insisted the company had a right to charge this fee because it was in their terms and conditions. I'm called my credit card company and I’m disputing this charge. I don’t know what the outcome will be but I won’t let them keep my money without a fight.
This company is a SCAM!!!! Called them to let them know they charged my card $49.99 and I wanted my money back and she said they will send it to their billing department. I told her I wanted to speak with the billing department but she would not transfer me. SCAM! SCAM!!!!!!!
