The only good thing I can say about this company is that they responded to my support email very quickly. But everything else is terrible. They are running a business masquerading as Global Tel Link the company that runs the phones in many jails around the country. This company preys on people in a sensitive situation hoping they will mistake their company for the legitimate one. Well unfortunately I did just that. They charged me $45.99 for I don't even know what, without even telling me they were charging me for anything, I double checked, no where on the page does it say that you are paying for anything, It doesn't give you a receipt after you click the button, nothing. They just have you put in your credit card number, which i didn't think anything about since I was trying to make it easier for the next time my friend called me from jail, i though i was just putting it on the record so that I could pay for the phone call when he called next. The only way I knew I had paid anything was a notification from my bank. Then I contacted their support when I realized my error, asking for a refund. They sent me three separate emails begging me to keep my account when all three times I made it abundantly clear that I wanted nothing to do with their business, because even if there was something beneficial about having an account with them (there isn't) I wouldn't want to do business with a company who relys on shady business practices and taking advantage of their customers while they are in a bad situation. Then finally when they reluctantly agreed that I could have a refund, they said that as per the terms and conditions I agreed to when making my purchase there would be a $14.99 service fee. I DIDN'T AGREE TO ANYTHING!!!!! I didn't even know that I was buying anything, so if they try to charge me that fee I am going to show proof to my bank of the shady business practices they are using and then i am going to go to the BBB with my complaint. Stay far away from this company, please don't make the mistake i did.Edit: When I finally received the refund into my account, they did refund me the full 45.99, they did not keep the 14.99 fee. Thank goodness because I did not want to have to spend anymore time with this hassle. I told them that I would be contacting my lawyer if they tried to keep the $14.99 and I guess they decided it wasn't worth the effort to try to keep the fee from me.
