Their online reviews are terrible but

Update: it's been 6 minutes since I posted this I just got an automated call saying funds in my account are low, really?? How could that be I opened the account yesterday with $46 my friend hasn't used the account and now funds are low? Okay we have a problem here. How lovely that they gave me a toll free number that I could call and speak to someone. Guess what? I'm calling now.... I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully it's just a glitch and that the account I set up is not active yet. (friend in jail) After spending two plus hours yesterday trying to set everything up with this company, because they don't take American Express, don't take Discover, only Mastercard or VISA. After I set it up I even had a nice conversation with someone there. I get a phone call from my friend today and the computer says I have to set up a payment system. What? When I called today I did not get a nice person on the other end I got a computer generated message that said they were too busy to take my call because they had too many other people calling. Then it hung up. I can guess why too many people were probably calling! I sent them an email waiting for a response.
