Terrible quality equipment and company. We have had two faulty units in 3 years. Both were replaced under warranty, however my concerns were why we had no notifications that the tracker wasn't working any more.In total we have paid for 9 months subscription for a system which doesn't work. If the van had been stolen, im guessing they would just say 'the tracker isn't working, we will look into it and call you back'. They never call back.If you want to keep your vehicle tracked, buy elsewhere.
